Aaaahhhhh, Plumeria! What can I say? Well, for a couple of years now
all of you have been telling me that it is a great scent (it's been the #4
most popular scent for over 2 years). I believe you, too. Everytime I
pour Plumeria, I remind myself that this is a scent I have to bring up
into the house for my own burning enjoyment. Now I’m hooked! My husband and I just returned from renewing our
wedding vows (15 years!) on the beautiful island of Maui and Plumerias
were everywhere. Every other morning, the gardeners were hosing off
the beautiful tree leaves and the flowers dropped all over the
grounds. By our third or fourth day on vacation, I had our condo full
of glass bowls housing Plumeria flowers in every room. They smell just
like my scent, or should I say the scent duplicates the flower
perfectly?
Maui was fantastic (check out some of the pictures to your right of our memorable trip and
the Plumerias), and with misty eyes I disposed of our beautiful flower bowls on our
final day in paradise. But I have filled my home with the lovely scent by
placing candles in the family room, guest bath, my office, the bedroom,
and a couple out on the deck for stargazing.
